Parkland
Named Florida's best city to raise a family
Parkland occupies the northwest corner of Broward County and is home to roughly 32,000 residents. Established in 1963, the city has grown deliberately, holding onto the green, low-density character that gave it its name — nine parks and five public schools serve a community that WalletHub has named the best city in Florida in which to raise a family.
Larger lots and newer construction make Parkland one of the higher price points in the county, and homes here tend to move quickly when they are priced correctly.
Buying or selling in Parkland?
Lenworth Chisholm has been writing contracts in Parkland and the surrounding Broward County cities since 1985. That means honest pricing guidance, a read on which properties are actually worth pursuing, and a negotiator who has seen how these deals go wrong before they do.
